Matrix Table Measure Needed

I use a Matrix table and I have numeorus values used to create column of data.

I need help to write a meaure for one of the columns.

I currently have a Field Claim Type and I just used the Field to select Percent of Column Total to give me good results 

It is the % of the Column Total Claim Type for Count of Total Gross Incurred.  

How would I write the measure to accomplish the same thing as I want to use the measure for something else?

I'm guessing you're looking for something like

DIVIDE(

   SUM(Column),

   CALCULATE(SUM(Column),ALLSELECTED('Table'[Claim type]))

)

Ok here is Table with the Claim Type and the % by Claim Type Column results I want to replicate with a Measure.    I count the occurences of each Claim Type as percent as a percent of the column total.

Does this measure work?

Total = countrows(Data)

Total across all claim types = calculate([Total],all(data[Claim type]))

% by claim type = divide([Total],[Total across all claim types])

What is Data in this scenario?    Total is my Count Field and Claim Type is the Column.

I logically know what I need to do but having a hard time with 

Total = countrows(Data)

Total across all claim types = calculate([Total],all(data[Claim type]))

% by claim type = divide([Total],[Total across all claim types])

Is the above One Measure or mulitple?

I aleady calculate Total.
