Matrix Missing Data

Hi,

I am building a matrix tied to data in an SQL database.  I seem to be missing data in the report but getting it in the query editor by connecting through Direct Query.

In the below image, when basic filtering is used- H&P 420 shows as 19 records instead displays only 13 rows in it.

Any Help would be Great!

my guess is only 13 out of 19 rows have data in the fact table - can you check?
