I would like to format the matrix below such that all headers and data below except the first are position in the center. Currently, i have data labels in the center but when i tried to center the headers it affects the first column and headers as well. Please, help. Thanks.

Select the table and go to 'Format' tab and find "Field Formatting" option, there you can format each column (header, value, total) accordingly, see below screenshot, you need to select the field in the dropdown.
