When I export my matrix visual to excel and keep the same format, the column header and the name of the value appear in the excel output. Here is an example of how my report looks in pbi:

It is unfortunately impossible to influence the display of data when exporting it to Excel.
Only a summarized table can be exported, but then you lose the structure's advantage.
