Matrix - Difference between two colums

Good Morning,

I've data in matrix from an unique table named [Fatt_Imp].

The colum 2 and 3 rapresent the field [RegisData-Copia] in the original table (in rows).

Name of Company       Income 2018         Income 2019

Abc Limited                          2.000                2.500

How can I insert an addizional colum with the differences between the columns 2 (Income 2018) and 3 (Income 2019)?
