Matrix - Column order & Display with 0

Hi all

I am new to Power BI but have lots of excel and SQL experiance.

I am trying to use a matrix visual to show the columns in a custom order & display columns even if there are no values in the data set.

I have managed to get both done independently but cannot get them working together.  I implimented 'all categories shown' by using a reference table with all possible values contained and I implimented the ordering done by using an index/ordering table.

Below is with all categories shown and then with categories in the right order

Is there a way to impliment both at the same time?

Just add "+0" in your measure formula

By the way, the field in "Rows" and "Columns" need to from a dim table.
