Matirx visual issue

Hi All,

 

I need to create a text chart like the one below.

I took a matrix and couldn't get this done.

 

Could any one please help how to do this

@viswaaa I assume your sample input data is like left table in below screen shot and you need to enable the option as highlighed in yellow to get the expected output (right table)

@viswaaa I assume your sample input data is like left table in below screen shot and you need to enable the option as highlighed in yellow to get the expected output (right table)
