March 2020 update seems to have sent me back in time?

EDIT: Seems the latest versions look like this!

 

Hi all,

 

Seems the latest version hasn't installed correctly. Has anyone got a clue why this has happened?

What is the issue here? Office ribbon is default in march 2020, that seems to be there
