Maps

I have a array of points that include longitude and latitude. Using the map function I wanted to create a map to show the location of these points (simple enough). Where I am having issues is I want to create three seperate regions on the map. These regions will categorize the points based on their longs and lats. The region is not square to the Longitude and Latitude but instead is a diagnol through the area of the map. I have a thousand points and want to assign theses regions through PowerBi. How do I do this?
