Maps not displaying when published

Hi All,

In my desktop, i have some visuals related to maps- filled and azure maps and works good. When published , the map visuals are not displaying. The error message is "contact admin". Tips and methods required to move further.

Hi @msbiuser1 

It happens because your admin hasnt enabled in power bi service.

In admin account, log into power bi.com

Near profile, go to settings
click admin portal

Under tenant settings scroll down to see filled and azure maps. Or you could search.

Enable them , so that entire members in organisation gets this benefit.

Click save and wait for few minutes to see the changes.

This would take 30 to 50 minutes to reflect in power bi service, for me it took 15 minutes.
