Map visual with multiple data sets

Hello everyone,

I cannot figure out how to solve my problem here. I have two different types of data sets. One data set (A) pulling various company information, such as Travel Fees paid, customer names, billing address, state. The data is filtered down during exporting to only show specific Managers and work order types. Then, another data set (B) with just a list of billing addresses, showing all orders complete for the company across the country, regardless of manager, work type, etc.  I need to accomplish two things in a map:

1 - Show both data sets on the map at the same time, ideally with different color indicators

2 - My Power BI is filtered by all of the data from set (A). I need it to stay that way, but make sure that any filters applied are also applied to the addresses in the map from data set (B). i.e. Someone clicks on "New York" as the state from data set (A), and the map should filter down to show all New York data from set (A) and (B).

Note that there could be multiple of the same address in each data set, which would just indicate that more than 1 order was completed there. I need to ensure the map also reflects that for both data sets. Any ideas? I tried making a custom column for each data set, naming them the same thing, then appending queries. However that does not seem to be working as intended.

Start thinking about implementing a proper data model, with location facts, state dimension, company dimension etc. Probably also need a good calendar table.

Please provide sample data (with sensitive information removed) that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot). Leave out anything not related to the issue.
