Map that does not recognize address of Mexico

Hello good morning, since last week my report based on the loaded Bing Map, does not give me an answer with addresses from Mexico, I have had to change the information for only the city and it has worked well, someone knows if it is for some update and I must change my base. The problem persists in both Desktop and the Web service.

Hi,

You could take a look at the data category option for the address column. If it doesn't have a category assigned yet you could try assigning the correct category.
