Map style does not work

Dear all,
I'm using the Map visual, but the style setting doesn't work. I select "Dark" or "Grayscale" in the format, but it doesn't change.

I'm using the latest version Desktop: 2.138.1452.0 64-bit, and I tried to clear the cache, closed and reopened PBI Desktop, which also didn't work. How do I fix it?

Hi @zlx-cmyy  - Ensure you are using the default Map visual in Power BI and not the ArcGIS Maps for Power BI or a custom map visual. Different visuals have distinct styling and formatting options.

  • Try toggling between the available style options (e.g., "Road," "Aerial," "Dark," "Grayscale") to see if others work.
  • Test the visual with a different dataset to rule out data-specific issues.
