Map display problem

Dear, I am doing a dashboard where I incorporated a choroplastic map of Chile by region, but I have a problem with the visualization of it. From the desktop program I can not see a region, but in the web version yes. I tried it with several people and some can see it well on the web and others can't. To generate the map I used region, country.

Attached example.

You could give me some light as to whether this has ever happened to them or if they know how it could be solved.

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

Did you set the row-level security for the dataset?

Best Regards,

Jay

No, I haven't done that. The strange thing is that in the desktop version I do not see the region but when I upload it to the web I do.

Best regards

Constance
