Map Visual: real-time dynamic counting

Does Power BI have a built-in feature to count the number of data points within a specific map window or visible extent when interacting with the map? A real-time dynamic counting of data points within a specific map window.

If not, appreciate your help on how to achieve that,

Power BI itself does not provide this functionality, but you can use the "Mapbox Visual" custom visual: This visual allows you to add custom layers and perform real-time dynamic counting using Mapbox GL JS. You can find more information and download the visual from the Power BI marketplace.You can refer to:mapbox.com/showcase/power-bi

I don't think ISINSCOPE or FILTERS is applicable here, but would be worth a try.
