Map Visual is Blank

Hi Team,

For the past 1 month The Power BI Map visual is just blank it just shows the bubble but not the map in my device. But when the report is shared with one of my team mate in his laptop it is working fine. What could be the issue guys? I'll attach the screenshot below

Since Bing Maps itself is not loading on your laptop, the issue is not Power BI but something blocking Bing Maps. That’s why you only see the bubbles and not the background map.

Because it works fine on your teammate’s laptop, the problem is specific to your setup. Please try:

Make sure your laptop/network allows access to bing.com and virtualearth.net (sometimes blocked by firewall or proxy).Test on a different network (like mobile hotspot). If it works there, it’s your office network blocking it.

Check if any antivirus, VPN, or browser extensions are blocking map images.Make sure Windows and certificates are up to date.Once Bing Maps loads in your browser, the Power BI map will also start working.

- Try a different browser or incognito mode
- Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions
- Clear cache and cookies
- Check for network restrictions or VPN issues
- Look at Dev Tools (F12) for failed tile/image requests

- Enable Map Services: Go to Options > Security in Power BI Desktop and check “Use Map Services”.
Firewall Check: Make sure *.bing.com and *.virtualearth.net aren’t blocked.
Update Graphics Driver and try disabling Hardware Acceleration in Preview Features.
Clear Cache or reinstall Power BI Desktop.
Test in browser/incognito to rule out profile or extension issues.

Bing Map i have tried opening in browser there also the same issue i guess
