Managing Tooltips and TopN

Hi every,

I followed through with this steps to create a dynamic TOPN and Others from this site.  This seems to work fine for me, however, when I try to add more features to it like using tooltips, it doesnt work fine.

So what I plan to achieve is this: When I hover over any of the pie (I used a pie chart in my case), I want the tooltip to show the partner name and their value, and if I hover over the 'Other', it should show me all the partners that fall under others and their respective values.

I tried it its showing for the values in the TopN but but its not showing anything for Other
