Make chart interact with slicer, but slicer don't interact with chart?

Hello, 
Is it possible to make chart change slicer, but slicer don't change chart? 

For example: 

Chart will be maintained as timeseries line chart with date on axis X, Sum of Y in values. If I click on certain date (it'll be month-year) it should show all card and other objects change to this period, but If i change period on slicer, then it doesn't change chart and it shows entire timseries (other values can be changed by slicer)

for now, when I disconnect interaction between slicer and a chart, and filter period on chart, the cards still remains with the data from Slicer period

Is it even possible?

Hi @Pbiuserr ,

The slicer has the similar function with Filters pane, in that when you select data on other visual objects, the slicer cannot interact with it to select the corresponding options. If you want other visual objects to be unaffected by the slicer options, you can change the interaction behavior of visualizations to achieve this.
1. Select visual, go to Format ribbon, click "Edit interactions"
2. Select the no impact icon.

@Pbiuserr , Take a measure used the chart(visual) and check it is not blank is the visual level filter of slicer.
