Make a matrix with 2022 and 2023 values

Hello everyone.

I would like to do a matrix like this

I have some sales concepts in the first column

Next to the first, every column is the value of each year month I select in a filter 1, for example 2022 here
BUT the last column is the the TOTAL of the year I select in the filter 2

How can I do a matrix with concepts, columns with every month in the year I selected in the filter 1 and a final column with the total of the year I select in the filter 2?
