Hey guys, so I am trying to create a static date. We take snapshots of our data every quarter and I need to create a date for the day the snapshot was taken. We use age and have age groups and I would need to determine someone's age by their birthday AND the quarterly reporting date. We have thousands of people in this data set so cannot look at this dynamically or it will change on a daily basis due to birthdays.
I have worked in Tableau for a while and I am use to the Make A Date function. Is there an equivalent?
Thanks!

There is the DATE function. If you want January 2nd, 2018 it would be:
MyDate = DATE(2018,1,2)
Hello,
Equivalent of MAKEDATE function in DAX is DATE.
There is the DATE function. If you want January 2nd, 2018 it would be:
MyDate = DATE(2018,1,2)
Thank you!
Of course it was that simple 🙂
