Hi @Noorulwahab - As per the above situation, make sure the new query are saved properly in Access and are not temporary queries. They should appear in the Access navigation pane.
In power BI Desktop, go to the "Home" tab and click "Refresh."If the queries still don’t appear, try closing and reopening Power BI Desktop.
If none of the above steps work, try re-importing the database:
Go to "Home" > "Get Data" > "Access Database" and select your database again to refresh the list of available queries.
still issue exist, you might consider creating the queries directly within Power BI using the Query Editor

I have foud the issue, the query which I have used Nz function are not showing in power bi navigation durring connection. Please guide how to sole this, as Nz function aslo important to convert null value to zero.
