M Script Error in Script when column has blanks values

Hi Experts

 

Cannot see the error in my M Script when adding a custom column in Power Query

 

if [#"Forecasts-Actuals"] = "" and Date.Month(Date) = 4 then "Forecast - P01" else [#"Forecasts-Actuals"]

if [#"Forecasts-Actuals"] = null or [#"Forecasts-Actuals"] = "" and Date.Month([Date]) = 4 then "Forecast - P01" else [#"Forecasts-Actuals"]
