M Query formula to sum and condition

Hi Team, 

Iam trying to get M query formula to write in the custom column and below is the logic .

I have two fields
1.Measurement unit which has KGS and LBS as Value

2.and weight column which has numerical value, 

now i want two fields as In KGS and IN LBS and in that i want to have its respective values . 

for this iam creating a column like sum of Weightcolumn where Measureunit = "IN KGS", 

So, please help me with writing custom column formula for above logic
