Is there a way to check if a SQL query used for import returns any records prior to loading? We are experiencing a few blank reports and I'd rather show "stale"/yesterday's data versus a completely blank report. Essentially if no data returned via the initial SQL, stop the refresh, don't load, keep the old data. I don't have incremental refresh, simply a regular scheduled refresh (daily; morning).
Thanks.
The only way to accomplish that is by raising an error during the M query execution which would then result in a failed refresh and would keep the prior data.
