Lost customers: the number of customers whose last purchase occurred at least 1 months before the start of the current period

Recovered customer: The number of customers who were considered lost in a previous time period, and then made a purchase in the current period.

Hi,

I have worked on only lost customers and their sales.  Please check the results thoroughly.  My answer is different from yours but i think i am correct.  You may download the PBIf ile from here.

Once you confirm that my answers are correct, I will work on recovered customers and their sales.

Thank you

Hi,

In April, why are you not considering "d" as a lot customer.  The last sale to him was in Feb 21.  Also, in March, why are you not considering "a" as a lot customer.  The last sale to him was in Dec 20.  In Feb, why is "a" not a lost customer.

Also, in your second post, you mentioned that "Lost customers: the number of customers whose last purchase occurred at least 1 months before the start of the current period".  From this i interpret that in April 2021, lost customers would be those whose last sale was anytime prior to Feb 1, 2021.

Please clarify the logic and expected result once again.

@Ashish_Mathur

I'm sorry, I explained late

Let me explain again that

Lost customer means that customer has not purchased within 1 month, if a customer buys a product in January but does not buy it in February, it is counted as a loss.
For example, if customer "a" is a customer who made a first purchase in January but did not purchase in February, it will be counted as lost and purchased in March as recovered, if purchased again in April, it will be counted as repeat.
If I don't buy it in May, it will be counted as lost and continue like that
Please see the result as shown below
