Losing conditional formatting depending on month selection

Hi, 

I have a table on my report showing variation on a MoM basis. 

I put a conditional formatting for my last column and it works for certain months, but for some it doesn't and I dont understand why. For example, it works for february and april but not march.

@Anonymous , I tried on my own data on MOM. and it is working when I change the month.

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
