    Hi,

    Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

    It is for creating a new column in the Table1

     

     

     

    ShippingDays CC =
VAR _lane = Table1[Lane]
VAR _date = Table1[ShipDate]
VAR _fromothertable =
    INDEX (
        1,
        SUMMARIZE (
            FILTER ( Table2, Table2[Lane] = _lane && Table2[LastUpdateDate] <= _date ),
            Table2[LastUpdateDate],
            Table2[ShippingDays]
        ),
        ORDERBY ( Table2[LastUpdateDate], DESC )
    )
RETURN
    MAXX ( _fromothertable, Table2[ShippingDays] )
