Hi PBI community,

I was hoping maybe you can help me. I'm trying to convert this Excel function into Power BI without success

Here is the Excel Test Data

This is what I've created and I'm stuck

Max_Sq = LOOKUPVALUE(PlannedStart[Export_Index],PlannedStart[UID],'Table'[UID])

Could you please help me out?

Much appreciated!

Hi, @Stuznet

For the example of tables you have created, you can create the measure as follows.

Max_Sq =

    IFERROR (

    IF (

        'Table'[Type] = "Actual Start",

        LOOKUPVALUE ( PlannedStart[Export_Index], PlannedStart[UID], 'Table'[UID] ),

        IF (

            'Table'[Type] = "Actual Finish",

            LOOKUPVALUE ( PlannedFinish[Export_Index], PlannedFinish[UID], 'Table'[UID] ),

            BLANK()

        )

    ),

    BLANK()

)

Result:

If I misunderstand the your thoughts, please inform me of your expected output. I am glad to solve the problem for you.

Best Regards,

Allan
