My issue was resolved when I logged in with my account exemple@exemple.onmicrosoft.com in Power BI Desktop.

1 - Voltando para a versão de abril
2 - Usar o e-mail da sua empresa e não o pessoal (gmail etc)
I have the same problem, I have verified my accesses and they are correct, proof of this is that I can correctly enter PowerBI service without problem.
I haven't found solutions anywhere. I will try to uninstall and install the application.
