Does anyone know how to force a variable to enter as logical (True/False) on data load?

You can set the datatype of a column in Power Query.
Thanks for the reply, I mean that the variable already enters with that type without having to change it.

That would depend on your source, but I think if it returns true and false as text values, rather than 1 and 0 for example, it should get picked up automatically.
