No, users or power bi administrators cannot override, delete, or modify power bi logs. Whether it is the Power BI Activity Log or the Microsoft 365 Audit Log, these logs are maintained by microsoft in a secure format, read only format to ensure data integrity, compliance and auditing.

Hi @powerbiexpert22  -Power BI captures audit logs and activity logs based on what Microsoft has already designed. These are fixed schemas- meaning you get events like "Viewed Report," "Shared Dashboard," "Exported Data," and so on, but you can't change what is recorded or add extra business-specific fields natively.No, a standard Power BI administrator Power BI Service Admin cannot directly modify or customize the built-in logging functionality
