Lock one option in a filter

Hi, 

 

I'm sure there is a way to do this, I'm just drawing a blank. What I want to do is lock a single option of a filter but allow other values to be selected and changed, if that makes sense.

 

For example if I have a date filter:

 

YEAR 
20X1(✔)
20X2 
20X3 
20X4 

 

Say I want to allow end users to select any combination (all, 1, 2 or 3) however 20X1 must always be selected. How would one achieve this?

    Does the filter you described is the slicer?

    As tested, it's impossible to realize the idea( lock a single option of a filter ) in current version( 2.76.5678.782 64-bit (December 2019) ).

    Maybe you can Submit an idea .

    But, Other features you said can be achieved.
