Loading Excel sheet with multiple tables with multiple headers

Hello everyone, I'm a bit new to Power BI, so I kindly need your expertise in loading below data. The Excel sheet has multiple tables (per category per entity), and the number of rows for the descriptions are not fixed. Values for the Q1-Q4 are numerical. Is there a way to load this into power BI?

@anmdf , this is not the ideal format to load in power BI. I would suggest better correcting this format.

Your data is messy and need to clean data. According to your situation, it is recommended that you first classify these data into multiple tables in excel, and then import them into powerbi, clean and transform the data, and finally merge them.
