Loading Error With PowerPoint Live

Hi all,

 

I'm receiving a loading error in PowerPoint when I embed a Power BI Server dashboard into a slide and try to present using the PowerPoint Live feature (since I want to see my speaker notes when I present the content). It used to work, but now it doesn't load the report and just shows a blue icon instead (see below graphic) on all of the embedded reports. Does anyone know why this may be happening and how to fix it? Thank you for any input you can provide!

Hi @NCPowerBI,
I saw a similar issue to this where while in presenter mode, the power bi report would not load. Try this:

Definitely try option 1 first. Let me know if either of these work.
