How to perform Distinct to this formula

Key = CONCATENATE(Bounce[Account No ],FORMAT(Bounce[MonthYr],"DD-MM-YYYY"))

Please use the following DAX.

Key = Bounce[AccountNo] & FORMAT (Bounce[MonthYr] , "DD-MM-YYYY" )
