Live Dashboards using REST API

Hi Folks,  I have an requirement to display live dashboards by using REST API services. But when i see in power bi service it is creating api in power bi and we can call that API by using some python or power shell script to build dashboards but my requirement how to call already build REst API service in power bi to Generate live dashboards. Please provide some insights on this.

@amitchandak , Here requirement is similar to build live dashboards via using rest API'S connection. Already i have gone through this url's but it's not usefull in my scenrio. I have to show live dashboards for health checks when application is up and down i have to show live health checks on my dashboard level. Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this.
