I have an ODBC dataset working right, but now i want to put another ODBC dataset and Power Bi Desktop says TNS:no listener.
I created ODBC Driver Configuration and still not working.
What can i do?

Why not trying the Oracle connector?
Can you verify the ODBC connection by "Test connection"?
As can see from the error message, it's a classical Oracle DB error. Please refer to http://www.dba-oracle.com/t_ora_12541_tns_no_listener.htm
