Linking series of points in a linear graph

Hi! So I would want to connect these points and make a graph out of it but I don't know how. I would like to show the changes over time. Also, why are they not scattered according to their date?

They are in growth value average.

This is for an interview, so any help will be appreciated!

@Sebochan , I doubt the measure Avg User is missing relationship with the table having date
