If you want to link between tabs, for example you have some summary information on one page and then want to link to the detail on another, is there a way to do this?

For my opinion, I'd like to suggest you add a unique id to link these table, you can use this id to find out the detail table.
If you can find out the summary table's id, you can simply use this id to lookup the detail informations.

Try to create a bookmark of the details sheet and on the summary sheet, create a shape/image that will take you to the details sheet once you click on it.
