Hello, I wanted to consult how to resolve a question. I have a table with real estate identifiers and their m2 for each property. On the other hand, I have another table linked to amounts of different items (water, light, etc.) that affect those properties. I want to create measures in such a way that when I filter by a concept (water axis) I only divide the amount by the total of M2 that actually have amounts of that field (water axis) to give me for example euros water per M2. How would you do that? right now I only get that each concept (I leave it filtered) divides it between the total of m2, regardless of wither wpending or not, and not those properties that have real expense. Thank you!

@Syndicate_Admin ,Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
