First thing first, my data is linked/connected to a SQL Server Analysis Services, and this is my first post. 😁
I'm having an issue where I want to add a Slicer with a sliding(between) date. But, my only options are List or Dropdown. Apparently the table I want to use doesn't have any columns that are Date type. I can't even make a new table or transform the data to get this to work. Kind of stuck. Because i want to compare quaters in a year into a stacked column chart but I can't( I believe for this reason). Any help would be much appreciated. TYIA.

When you connect to a SSAS data source you can specify custom MDX queries, or you can even choose to switch to Import Mode (only consider that if your cube is really small).
Thank you! I will look into the custom MDX queries part of it becasue it is a large database.
