Hello.

3 years late, but just found out a website that provides a very simple solution to this problem, for DAX beginners.

Hi @Greg_Deckler, fine?

Hello, Sorry but I did not quite understand your example, it seems to be a lot more complex than I imagined.

I just need to analyze past sales of sales to estimate future sales.

I noticed that other BI tools are simpler to do this calculation, I did a test on the tableau and it even applies the linear regression formula.

Can you tell me how I can do this? I use an ODBC connection and I contain a sales table with date field, sales value ...
