Line chart- Add Reference Line from Measure

Hi, 

In Line chart, can advise how to add reference line from a measure? The reference line is calculated as below:

UCL = [Mean]+2.66*[Sigma]

Goal is to add 2 reference lines (straight lines), a) UCL and b) LCL. Both UCL and LCL are measures and calculated dynamically.

Currently, if you want to make a reference line from a measure, you should put this measure in the Values. Then in Analytics pane, you can add a reference line based on this measure. Something like:

However, it will generate a second line in the chart. And it should not satisfy your requirement. Right?
