Line and Stacked column chart

Hi All,

I have created a Line and Stacked column chart also enabled secondary axis, is it possible both axis match together for dotted lines. 
Eg: 50%----$100M, but in in below screen-print or chart which i have created its below to 50% dotted line for $100M


Can you please assist me on this.

    try this, change the Start & End to match them,
