Line Chart x axis moves on filtering

I have a line chart which shows volume by country over months.

I need the Legend on the centre right, which is causing my issue.....I think.

When I filter on country the legend chages size which causes the chart to expand/retract which is giving me grief.
Is there a way to stop this happening and stop the chart from changing widths

I need to keep the legend on the center right as per my (incorrect) post - which initially stated left.
I am just trying to find out if I can stiop the x-axis moving when filtering - when the legend is on the right.
It probably jumps around on the left too.
