Seeking a Cumlative Line chart based on Issue and Cease Date of Certifcation in my fact table.
So i can show over date table hiareachy how many issued a cumlative figure on a line chart.
Issue and Cease will contain Nulls
Each row has a person ID and both Issue and Cease Date have relation to Date Table.
I have tried reviewing posts and chatgbt its throughly stumped me 🤔
Ideally solution in DAX though can look at M solution if required.

Measure =
VAR __Date = MAX('Dates'[Date])
VAR __Table = FILTER(ALL('Table'), [Date] <= __Date)
VAR __Result = SUMX( __Table, [Value] )
RETURN
__Result
