Seeking a Cumlative Line chart based on Issue and Cease Date of Certifcation in my fact table.  So i can show over date table hiareachy how many issued a cumlative figure on a line chart.  Issue ...

Anonymous Generally that is something like:

Measure = 
  VAR __Date = MAX('Dates'[Date])
  VAR __Table = FILTER(ALL('Table'), [Date] <= __Date)
  VAR __Result = SUMX( __Table, [Value] )
RETURN
  __Result

If that doesn't help, Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?

2. Expected output from sample data
