Limiting the display of rows in a table

Hello,

I want to display the list of clients in my table when only one agency is selected, but display a different message when multiple agencies are selected.

My current formula works for multiple agencies but only displays the MAX client and not the complete list.

Do you have any ideas?

When 1 agency is selected, it only display "E" :

When multiple agencies are selected, it display "Too much rows" :

Thank you for your help
