Levenshtein String Distance Algorithm In DAX and Count

Hello,

This article is the closest to my task, but I have a slightly more complex task.

Levenshtein-String-Distance-Algorithm-In-DAX

I have 2 column as seen below. I want to create a measure that finds similar strings by the first letters (for example, if the first 2 letters match) and then I need summarize value from Count column.

The result what I wanna see is 2 new columns (I think its in new measure table):
first: bfic - Bf - bfi
second: 586

Please let me know if this is possible in DAX.

Thanks.

As long as the order of the first x letters is fixed you don't need a Levenshtein at all.  Use

LEFT function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Docs

to create a new column and then group by that column.
