Letters in PDF

Good afternoon!

I have a need that I do not know how to cover it.

I have researched some tools and I have not come to fruition.

I need to generate many Pdf, sales per day of the month made by each store. One pdf file for each store. With logo, date of the day and with a text and in a table the detail of the sale. Kind of:

If there are 5 stores with sales it has to be 5 pdf files.

The data in this report is in Azure SQL.

As tools we use the azure suit and power bi.

Someone can guide me what tools I have to use to generate the pdf files individually.

Thank you!

Best regards

Ana

Ok, I'll review Power Automate because it's an example 5 stores are more than 300 😞 haha

Well, then we need to model the sales data by stores.

After that you can use filter / slicer tool to generate report base on selected stores and export the PDF.

If possible share the same data lets try and see

Hi,

One simple thingis that you can create 5 different report for each stores.

Post which you need to export each as separate PDF.

For PDF generation i believe you can use Power Automate to automate the process
